    Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Aftersales Support Specialist to be a key player in ensuring top-notch service. The role involves managing service and order requests, communicating with vendors effectively, and overseeing shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in customer support and demonstrates strong organizational skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service Request Management: Handle initial customer service requests, evaluating and processing them for timely resolution.
    • Order Management: Coordinate with vendors to place orders, ensuring they meet service requirements and budget limits.
    • Customer Support Excellence: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional care in all interactions.
    • Shipping and Receiving: Manage shipping logistics, organizing activities to meet company standards efficiently.
    • Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining precise inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
    • Documentation: Keep detailed records of service requests, customer communications, and transactions accurate and up-to-date.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven customer service and logistics experience or similar roles.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other office software.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Physical capability for shipping and receiving tasks.

    Education:

    • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related fields preferred.
