- Work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency to support a high volume of new product launches
- Identify requirements for compliance test plans and coordinate testing through internal compliance lab
- Coordinate and implement product testing at internal and Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) test labs to include follow-up submittals and product development to comply with safety standards and to satisfy product introduction dates
- Analyze and evaluate test data to include the recommendation and evaluation of design values, feasibility of product manufacture and sales potential
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Experience or exposure to product standards organizations
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable segments
- Strong drive for results
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

We're looking for a Compliance Engineer to join our Engineering Services Group in Peachtree City, GA.
You'll be responsible for supporting key product development teams by identifying and meeting the safety compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $74,400- $109,120 USD
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
