**Your opportunity**
Were looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our **CX Customer Support Team** in **Peachtree City, GA.** Youll be responsible for directly interfacing with internal and external customers to handle a variety of requests as well as coordinating with internal functions, to ensure the customers needs are fully met. In addition to customers being assigned by territory, the individual in this role will be responsible for matching external Lighting professionals with their local agent representative in a traditional call center environment. The role requires an individual with a service-oriented mindset and able to take ownership for resolving issues and making it easy for customers to do business with Cooper Lighting Solutions.

**What youll do**
Directly communicate with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Provides prompt responses to customer inquiries, including handling & resolving customer complaints
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Presents requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
**Required:**
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office.
**Preferred:**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
