    Role Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Off Premise Catering Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for selling catered events. As a Catering Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific event requirements, create craveworthy food and beverage proposals, coordinate logistics, and ensure the successful execution of each event. Your salesmanship, creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be key to delivering memorable experiences for our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in offsite catering is required
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
