    Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour

    Job Summary:
    The Home Health Front Desk Clerk at Desire Home Care, Inc. is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to clients, caregivers/nurses, and office staff members. The individual in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Riverside, California.

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist all clients, caregivers/nurses, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate staff members
    • Schedule office calendar appointments and book office conference rooms
    • Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation
    • Coordinate and assist with office & field staff supply inventory
    • Handle and resolve client and caregiver inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure proper workflow is maintained when transferring incoming calls and written communication
    • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, and copying
    • Keep reception area and lobby clean and orderly at all times
    • Be in charge of the office social committee group
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Pass a background check and maintain criminal background clearance throughout DHC employment due to nature of services provided
    • Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
    • Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative role in a homecare/home health setting preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • Negative TB test within 30 days of hire
    • CPR & First Aid certificate within 30 days of hire
    Work Schedule:
    • Monday- Friday, 8AM-5:30PM
    • Weekends on occasions for company events
