Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? We are currently seeking a talented Front Office Clerk to join our teamRESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Greet walk in customers and visitors.
- Manage job schedule spreadsheets.
- Schedule city inspections daily.
- Update our customer with project status.
- Utilize Microsoft 356 programs to update our live calendars, create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and data entry.
- Learn dispatch position to provide support when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience with scheduling
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work well under time pressure to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to communicate in English.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk, general office experience

Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
