    PTP helps startup life sciences organizations get therapies and treatments to market faster leveraging the AWS cloud. We architect, implement, and optimize AWS technology solutions that enable life sciences and healthcare organizations to develop faster, lower IT costs, and scale their operations. With locations in Boston, New York, Dallas, Cincinnati and Raleigh/Durham, we work with some of the most innovative companies and research institutions in the world.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Scientific Account Manager at PTP. As a Scientific Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with life sciences and healthcare organizations. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of AWS technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to help organizations achieve their goals and drive innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in life sciences, biotech, biopharma, or healthcare
    • Experience in account management or customer success roles
    • Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
