We are currently seeking seasoned Account Management Professionals with experience in IT Staffing for the ITCO Workforce Solutions Team. Candidates must have existing relationships (anywhere in the US) which can be leveraged to generate IT Contract requirements.
Ideal candidates will be aggressive and confident Salespeople who are self motivated and driven by success.
Job Description:
Responsible for growth and development of target accounts Develop key relationships with IT Executives and Hiring Managers.
Present ITCO Core Services to new and existing Clients.
Negotiate deals that are mutually beneficial to ITCO and the Client.
Work effectively with an internal team to deliver qualified consultants and project proposals to Clients.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experienced in the IT consulting and/or staffing field Proven successful track record of driving revenue and exceeding goals.
IT Consulting Services experience in staff augmentation and/or project sales.
Experienced in Account management and growth.
Able to develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Sr. IT Executives.
Highly motivated; results-oriented Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for existing and new accounts.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Self disciplined team player with a positive attitude.
