CM Medical is partnered with a leading Global Personal Care Ingredient provider.

We are seeking a candidate with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, backed by sector experience. This role entails managing a diverse ingredient portfolio, selling both active and functional personal care ingredients to customers on the West Coast.

This position is remote. However, we are looking for a candidate to be based ideally in California, but there can be flexibility for the right candidate.

This role provides an opportunity to work with a great team & the package on offer is very competitive.

We welcome applicants with any relevant experience pertinent to the market. However, the ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience selling active and functional personal care ingredients
Business acumen & strategic thinking skills
Willingness to travel (35%)
The ability to create and implement plans aligned with strategy
