    Description

    Adecco Creative is partnering with one of the world's largest luxury brands to recruit for an Email Marketing Associate. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in email creation and deployment. This role will be ongoing contract and will be hybrid in Midtown Manhattan.

    Primary Purpose: The Fast Lane Associate plays an important role on the email and paid marketing teams. With a primary focus in supporting both the off-price and full-price business, this position is responsible for executing fast lane production asks in email and paid social. The Fast Lane Associate will work closely with cross-functional partners to brief updates, update marketing calendars, approve routes from the creative team, and communicate changes to the appropriate teams.

    The ideal candidate has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to handle ambiguity, and goal-oriented marketing professional who will be instrumental in supporting fast lane updates in the email and paid social programs that drive conversion and improves customer retention.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage email deployment process from end-to-end for fast lane updates: inclusive of communicating changes to the Project Management team, working with the brand QB, updating briefs within a few hours, scheduling, audience segmentation, approval process, vendor coordination, QA and post-deployment reporting & takeaways.

    Own the creation and maintenance of email briefs for fast lane updates. This involves working across various departments in the company including creative, buying, planning, e-commerce, and CRM

    Maintain email and paid social calendars for fast lane updates

    Work with vendors such as Persado to communicate changes, and ensure they are clear on the updates

    Own the routing process and collaborate with buying team to ensure the routes are correct

    Send released assets to appropriate vendors such as Persado

    Update business requirements doc for our central team in a timely manner

    Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables

    Request promocodes and QA

    Assist email associate with business requirements doc

    Assist email team with SMS deployment setup

    Skills and Qualifications:

    2-3 years of email + retention marketing experience for an eCommerce business. SMS and other channels are a bonus.

    Experience working with email vendors ie: Movable Ink, Persado, Wunderkind

    Experience in a fast-paced environment

    Working knowledge of ESPs (Salesforce a plus), Google Analytics, and Excel skills.

    Detail oriented with a focus on delivering results

    Strong analytical and project management skills

    Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

    Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Able to handle ambiguity
