    Healthcare organization located in Jamaica, Queens seeks an experienced temporary Administrative Assistant to handle a wide range of office administration duties. This role is onsite Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. Temporary role for 3-4 months with potential to become permanent.

    Pay $30/hr

    Duties:

    • Send out and reconcile invoices. Liaise with the accounting team to make sure all paperwork and documentation is up to date.
    • Meet and greet clients, and answer calls and take messages
    • Manage scheduling and calendars for the team
    • Create and type emails & Word documents, and update Excel spreadsheets

    Requirements:

    • Must have at least 5 years of relevant administrative assistant experience
    • Professional and positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Strong eye for detail
