    Customer Support Representative at OurFamilyWizard

    • Location: Minneapolis, MN
    • Employment Type: Full-Time


    OurFamilyWizard is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that facilitates seamless co-parenting for families. Recently backed by a private investment from Spectrum Equity, we are now in close proximity to esteemed companies like Grubhub and Headspace. Trusted by over a million parents and family law professionals, OurFamilyWizard aids in effective communication, schedule coordination, digital payment exchanges, and dispute resolution.


    As a Customer Support Representative with us, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to application users and acting as a liaison between end-users and the development team.


    Operating within the hours of 7am to 10pm daily and 8am to 8pm on weekends, you will address user issues promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.



    What You Will Accomplish:
    • Offer technical support to users
    • Efficiently resolve user inquiries
    • Identify and communicate technical issues and user feedback
    • Educate users on product functionalities and advantages
    • Stay informed about all company products, services, and promotions
    • Assess user requirements and suggest additional services

    Who You Are:

    • Strong interpersonal abilities, displaying patience and empathy
    • Collaborative team player
    • Self-motivated and proactive

    What You Bring:
    • Proficiency in web applications and computer skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and iWork
    • Knowledge of various web browsers and operating systems
    • Experience with calendaring software, mail clients, and error reporting tools
    • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
    • Degree or equivalent experience in support roles is preferred
    • Familiarity with Family Law industry is advantageous
