- Respond and follow up to new and current internet leads via phone, text and email.
- Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising.
- Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule.
- Schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
- Make a high volume of calls each day.
- Communicate all appointment activity with manager and car buyers
