    Position: Customer Support Representative at TSI
    This entry-level role involves assisting TSI's customers and Sales teams by providing information on products and services, processing orders, documenting interactions, resolving issues, and preparing quotes. The Customer Support Representative will focus on specific regional markets and collaborate closely with internal Sales teams. This role plays a vital part as a supportive team member.
    This is a Hybrid role and will require on-site presence on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
    What Will You Do?
    • Provide exceptional customer service for incoming calls from TSI customers and Sales representatives
    • Utilize various systems to offer details on pricing, orders, terms, services, and products
    • Respond to customer inquiries, generate leads, and create quotes
    • Manage customer data and maintain records of interactions
    • Support Regional Sales Managers and Sales Specialists as a key contact for quotes, order resolution, and troubleshooting
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer orders
    • Adhere to internal policies and enhance processes for a better customer experience
    • Set and achieve performance goals
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements
    • Other assigned duties
    What Do You Need?
    Required
    • 2-year degree (technical or Associates)
    • Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support or Inside Sales
    Desired
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience with SAP
    Skills
    • Active listener with excellent customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Team player with problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
    • Understanding of manufacturing and service processes
    • Exposure to business-to-business sales
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
