- 7+ years of experience with project management, organizational management, business operations or performing executive level administrative duties
- Experience in engagement with senior DoD officials and executive level leadership
- Experience with producing executive summaries, point papers, data call responses, and briefing packages to facilitate leadership decision-making

- Knowledge of DoD environment

As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion.

On our team, you will provide Front Office executive level support for a US Navy Program Office. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure daily business operations run smoothly.You will provide planning support for meetings, special events, conferences, and working groups, including processing visit requests, preparation of meeting agendas, setup and operation of voice or video conference equipment.
You will maintain the Government Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) calendars, and coordinate schedules with other meeting attendees to arrive at agreed upon meeting times and locations.
You will help with tactical planning using resources like MS Excel and Power Point and will have regular interactions with clients, teammates, and industry partners.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
