- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, concept development, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
- Drive product innovation and differentiation by identifying new opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies, and incorporating customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal/external Decision makers, role will be client facing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong customer focus, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in the E-Commerce industry, SaaS, or strategy experience is also extremely important.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ambiguity and complexity.
