We are currently seeking a Department Head (m/f/d) to join our sales support team.

The department serves as a market-oriented support unit, particularly for asset management processes. Its main goal is to support asset management in a customer-oriented and bank-oriented manner.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing existing processes and process architectures in the areas of passive, securities, intermediary business, and customer complaints.
  • You will promote the professional development of the systems under your responsibility, particularly in the area of Atruvia software solutions.
  • You will be responsible for initiating and leading process-related change and development projects, as well as carrying out special assignments as part of process optimization.
  • You will establish and maintain systematic process reviews for quality assurance.
  • You will create management templates and presentations for the management board.
  • You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the design of processes.
  • You will promote the professional and personal development of employees.
