About the Opportunity In order to enable millions of users to explore, interact with, and participate in live events worldwide, StubHub is seeking a Technical Product Manager to manage the development of next-generation technologies and innovative, impactful features.
We are seeking an innovative, experienced Technical Product Manager to be embedded within our Platform and Infrastructure team.In this role you will work closely with the Platform team lead to operationalize the strategy and analyze and optimize the team's efficiency.
You will manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and leading product development.
You will own cost analysis and implementation of processes to control that spend to ensure optimal cost efficiency.This role will be based out of our Santa Monica, CA office and has a hybrid (3 in-person days per week) work scheduled.
What you'll do:
Build The Roadmap
Drive Adoption- of frameworks, tools and services built by the Platform Team through advocacy and education to the wider engineering organization.
What You'll DoUnderstanding of how technology platforms are built and operate at scale (how business capabilities are organized into services, how they communicate and interact to run the platform, how they are deployed, where they are deployed to, how the "where" is provisioned etc) Ability to manage projects across multiple business organizations and with multiple stakeholders.; able to influence outside your area of direct control and negotiate to an optimal solution.
Ability to break down complex systems and processes so they can be easily understood, and communicate this to other people within the organization.
Ability to analyze data to evaluate the behavior and performance of the platform using tooling such as SQL, Snowflake and/or Tableau.
