Experienced Sign Production Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process, from design to installation, ensuring all signs are produced on time and to the highest quality
- Manage a team of production staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced within budget
- Maintain inventory of materials and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the production area
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements in sign production technology
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sign production management
- Knowledge of sign industry standards and production methods
- Familiarity with C45 California electrical sign contractor regulations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be a Team Player
