- 10+ years of experience in IT with progressive responsibilities, including significant leadership roles.
- Strong people management skills with experience in managing both direct and indirect reports.
- Extensive knowledge and handson experience with Office365, Exchange, and PowerShell.
- Proven experience in EHR implementations and managing CRM and EHR systems, particularly Salesforce and major EHR platforms.
- Experience with IT systems such as Zoho, Zapier, Office365, Okta, AdvancedMD, RingCentral, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Overview:
We are seeking a Director of IT to spearhead our technology operations, manage a robust IT helpdesk, and oversee our systems infrastructures, including CRM and EHR systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, including the establishment of IT departments, and a proven track record of effective team leadership and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Direct and oversee the IT helpdesk operations with 1 direct report and 5 indirect reports, ensuring high-quality support and efficient resolution of IT issues.

Systems Management: Serve as the primary manager for our Salesforce Administrator and EHR (Electronic Health Records) Systems Administrator. Ensure these systems are optimized to meet the needs of the business.

Infrastructure Oversight:
Manage and ensure the seamless functioning of various IT systems including Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, Office365, Okta, AdvancedMD, RingCentral, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server.-Project Management:
Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with business objectives.-Cross-
