SUMMARY:


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee the daily operation of the subsidiary (NCC), which include a workforce of over 200 staff.
  • Oversee the provision of all child welfare services per CUA contract.
  • Create strategic community partnerships that will further the vision of adequately servicing children, families and the community overall.
  • Oversee an operating budget of over $20,000,000.
  • Preparing accurate tactical and operational reports for the board of directors and CPO and lead budget, risk management and quality improvement reviews.
  • Create and oversee the strategic planning efforts and vision of the agency.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and funder.
  • Develop policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the NCC board of directors and CPO to implement programs and plan activities to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Oversee the head of each department within the organization, including, High Risk Medical Planning, Prevention, Operations, and the region specific CUA Directors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Senior management experience required.
  • Executive level experience preferred.
  • Fundraising experience is a plus.
  • Master's Degree in a Human Services related field required.
  • A combined minimum of 10 years of experience working in the child welfare and social services system(s).
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in the nonprofit sector.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skill and the ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
