Are you an experienced and dedicated professional in the field of childcare? Bambinou Academy Center seeks a passionate and highly motivated Director to lead our esteemed center.

Responsibilities:
As the Director, you will oversee all aspects of our center's operations.


Your primary tasks will include:

Leadership and Management:

Provide visionary guidance and strategic direction to the center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing policies and procedures.


Staff Recruitment and Development:
Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance performance and maintain high-quality care.

Program Development:

Collaborate with educational experts to design and implement developmentally appropriate programs that adhere to NAEYC standards, meeting children's cognitive, emotional, and physical needs.


Parent and Community Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with parents, ensuring open and effective communication channels. Collaborate with community organizations to enhance the center's resources and network.

Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage the center's budget, overseeing financial operations, including enrollment, billing, and grant writing.

Health and Safety:

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff, adhering to CACFP guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Familiarity with Keystone Stars and experience working towards or maintaining accreditation.

Extensive knowledge of NAEYC standards and the ability to implement best practices in early childhood education.

Prior experience managing CACFP or other food programs is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to build a cohesive team and collaborate effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for early childhood education, with a commitment to fostering the optimal growth and development of every child.

Pay:
$60, $67,000.00 per year
