    Marksman Security Corporation is hiring for a Licensed Edge Program Manager
    Ashburn, VA.

    REMOTE ROLE

    Edge Program Manager
    The Edge Security Program Manager will be responsible for documenting the physical security program for the client's data
    centers.

    They will work with multiple business groups to identify requirements, scopes, and objectives for the creation of data center physical security standards.

    The Security Program Manager will effectively decipher and write plans and manuals related to the safety, security, and protection of data center assets.

    The Security Program Manager will create, maintain, and periodically review program documentation, plans and reports.

    The Security Program Manager will collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize both departmental and company goals and objectives.

    They will interface with Global Security Key Stakeholders to plan and prioritize activities.


    Requirements:


    Candidates considered for assignment to the security operation center will be evaluated for successful transition based on prior work experience, education, work history, and critical infrastructure interview panel assessment.

    In combination, each candidate is evaluated based on transferable skills and persona success indicators for the Center security program.

    All personnel assigned to the center location, are required to possess one or more of the following:


    • Three (3) or more years active military service with an honorable, medical, or general discharge
    • Three (3) or more years active reserve or national guard service
    • Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (law enforcement, corrections, firefighter, EMT/ Paramedic)
    • Two years or more of college with 60 credit hours; preferably in the fields of Criminal Justice, Technology, Social Science,
    Business


    • Demonstrated work experience in security, customer service, loss prevention, assist management, technology systems, program
    management, dispatch / call center, guest services, in the private sector.


    Qualifications:

    • Valid VA Security License
    • Successful completion of OJT Certification (40 hours) at assigned Data Center
    • Completion of Professional Protection Officer (PPO) Level I within two weeks of assignment
    • Completion of Data Center Critical Infrastructure Security Specialist training program within 90-Days
    • Possess the required skills and knowledge for the assignment
    • Vendor to ensure that all Vendor Parties, perform, to the extent allowed by applicable law, necessary security clearances and, at a minimum, all of the following background checks within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the resource's first day of engagement for any individuals performing Services at assigned Facility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete security risk assessments for assigned locations
    • Produce comprehensive reports, assessments, meeting minutes, project coordination documents, and meeting agendas
    • Multi-task and prioritize assignments across numerous concurrent projects
    • Interaction with all levels of internal and external customers and stakeholders
    • Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder and client groups
    • Handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively and independently with minimal supervision
    • Establish relationships with hosted data center providers and ensure
    escalation/notification

    processes are regularly verified and tested


    • Demonstrate broad security and construction related technical competencies including knowledge of electronic security products and systems
    • Project a cooperative and positive attitude towards customers, employees, team members and the client company
    • Develop understanding of MS Office tools
    • Apply in-depth methodology to develop solutions for the data center environment
