Description
Position Summary
- Provide oversight for operations and service delivery including SLA attainment, reporting and other contractually required performance deliverables and metrics;
- Working with Account Executive and Business Relationship Managers, identify and develop new opportunities for services.
- Work with peer executives from other vendors in the coordination of each supplier's individual program to manage endtoend performance;
- Manage staffing and budget associated with the Account Manager role and direct reports;
- Provide status reports, presentations and communications including executive updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Act as a point of escalation and executive interface for critical service delivery issues;
- Responsible for attainment of customer satisfaction goals and metrics;
- Manage and resolve issues relating to resource demands, priority conflicts, and scheduling across multiple vendors and customers using shared infrastructure and services.
Background / Experience:
Experience with the management of multiple vendors, subcontractors including direct and indirect resources.
Demonstrated track record of working toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and 17 years or more of related experience; Masters and 15 years or more of related experience. Will accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong skills with: MS Office products, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
- 15 years of service delivery management experience.
- Contract management, requirements management and negotiation skills
- Exemplary written, oral and presentation skills including to executivelevel stakeholders (e.g. CIO, agency heads)
- ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or above)
- Experience with IT Governance in an enterprise environment
- Security experience is a plus.
