Description

Position Summary

  • Provide oversight for operations and service delivery including SLA attainment, reporting and other contractually required performance deliverables and metrics;
  • Working with Account Executive and Business Relationship Managers, identify and develop new opportunities for services.
  • Work with peer executives from other vendors in the coordination of each supplier's individual program to manage endtoend performance;
  • Manage staffing and budget associated with the Account Manager role and direct reports;
  • Provide status reports, presentations and communications including executive updates to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Act as a point of escalation and executive interface for critical service delivery issues;
  • Responsible for attainment of customer satisfaction goals and metrics;
  • Manage and resolve issues relating to resource demands, priority conflicts, and scheduling across multiple vendors and customers using shared infrastructure and services.

Background / Experience:

Experience with the management of multiple vendors, subcontractors including direct and indirect resources.

Demonstrated track record of working toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated.


Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelors and 17 years or more of related experience; Masters and 15 years or more of related experience. Will accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong skills with: MS Office products, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • 15 years of service delivery management experience.
  • Contract management, requirements management and negotiation skills
  • Exemplary written, oral and presentation skills including to executivelevel stakeholders (e.g. CIO, agency heads)
  • ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or above)
  • Experience with IT Governance in an enterprise environment
  • Security experience is a plus.
