    Satair is looking for an
    A220 Program Manager to join our
    Program Management Team based in
    Herndon, Virginia .
**In the role of an A220 Program Manager, you are responsible to drive E2E improvements on the A220 program for Satair. The A220 Program Management team is the Profit & Loss owner of all business lines related to the A220 and thus responsible for the success of the program within Satair and towards our customers. The E2E improvements are usually process related, but can also include activities such as policy and contract reviews. In all cases, a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder management is required.

Your Challenges:


  • Identify A220 related process gaps vs. legacy programs, assess different way of working requiring special processes or roles and launch Value Stream Management workshops
  • Lead cross functional projects / work packages to mature the A220 Spares Business. These projects require drive and leadership to work with the whole organization
  • Own your projects / work packages by having a grip on the defined and related KPIs
  • Provide visibility on the roadmap and improvements that can be expected regarding your projects / work packages and the overall program to stakeholders
  • Ensure profit and net margin accountability for process, products, policy related topics, costs along the defined path and for the overall program
  • Help to adapt the Satair A220 setup to the development/footprint of the fleet, establish relevant business cases and projects to prepare the future
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, Support Directors and customers to build confidence of customers in Airbus commitment to support the A220 Program

Your Boarding Pass:


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, in an industrial multinational organization;
  • Project Management and Agile certifications desirable
  • Advance written and oral presentation skills to influence decision makers and stakeholders
  • Financial literacy including the ability to forecast revenue goals, mitigate risks to enable Satair to achieve targeted revenue
  • Ability to travel 30% Domestic and International
  • Eligible to work in the US
