    We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to join our team

    The

    Security Manager


    will be responsible to plan and coordinate all security operations for the organization including all divisions and independent business units.

    Role and Responsibilities


    • Insures scheduling of protective services at all locations.
    • Be present and verify ALL financial transactions made to armored car services.
    • Conducts performance evaluations for security staff that are timely and constructive.
    • Reviews, revises, maintains, and implements security policies and procedures.
    • Conducts inspections to identify security risks; recommends and implements solutions.
    • Conducts continual inventory audits to eliminate shrink to prevent asset loss. Be present at all product transfers from site to site and reporting any damage/loss.
    • Coordinates with local law enforcement staff as required to support and/or conduct investigations and prosecutions.
    Monitors transfers of equipment and/or product within facilities to destinations

    Proven track record in creating and executing security programs, policies, and procedures

    Educate and train all levels of field management and team members in programs and methods for protecting inventory, cash, equipment, and other company assets

    Maintains a functioning recordkeeping system of all activity of security guards

    Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to identify security risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies

    Traveling required .

    Schedule/Hours:
    Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM
