    The Role


    We're looking for a growth-focused builder who is strategic, data-driven, and ready to be hands-on in leading LegalOn's US growth.

    This key role will own all of LegalOn's paid advertising efforts across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid channels. In addition, this role will collaborate on lifecycle marketing and SEO.

    We're seeking creative candidates who are comfortable leading and executing, and who are looking for responsibility to think and act widely.

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive leads through digital channels with a primary focus on paid search and paid social. You'll also collaborate on SEO and email marketing.

    Collaborate with a nimble marketing team to rapidly create and refine winning assets and content, including ad copy and design, landing pages, and emails.

    Manage a budget across multiple channels to maximize ARR and CAC efficiency.
    Establish funnel discipline through solid reporting, dashboards, and a firm grasp on marketing tech stacks and attribution models.
    Identify and execute on other paid advertising opportunities, including relevant industry websites and publications, to generate new leads.

    Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

    Play a critical role in shaping the overall marketing strategy

    About You

    Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a dedicated demand generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS
    Proven track record of running paid search and paid social campaigns and driving results with lead generation and customer conversions

    Strong understanding of SEO, marketing automation, email marketing, and conversion optimization; proven experience in one or more of these areas is a plus.

    Bias for speed and action
    Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, create dashboards and reports, and make data-driven decisions
    Experience building and scaling marketing programs and systems from the ground up
    Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
    Familiarity with advertising and analytics tools, CRM systems (particularly Hubspot), and marketing automation tools

    Highly collaborative:
    our marketing team is small, nimble, and executes quickly to turn around projects, iterate, and deliver results
    Experience in SaaS and/or legal tech industries is a plus

    Benefits

    Competitive compensation and stock options. The reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
