- Inputting invoices for vendor payments
- Following up on late payments from tenants
- Managing all compliance for vendors and tenants
- Selecting vendors for various specialty projects
- Generating monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assisting VP with various projects
- Ability to work with all types of personalities
- Passion for customer service
- Willing to learn and be proactive
- 2+ years in commercial Property Management
- Advanced Word and Excel
- Yardi or MRI experience desired
- CA Real Estate License - willing to obtain
- BS or BA desired

Southern California based third-party management firm is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a mixed portfolio of office, industrial and light retail properties. Position will be overseeing day to day responsibilities for multiple properties, as well as handling accounting/financial reporting for each property. Position will based out of the Costa Mesa area in a casual fun setting Position will travel once a week to properties throughout Southern California.
