COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Arnel Commercial Properties, an equal opportunity employer and a leading Southern California real estate company, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team


General Duties:

• Responsible for the daytoday operation and maintenance of the property
• Maintain a highquality property appearance
• Collect tenant rents and prepare delinquency report as required
• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets
• Ability to promote, establish and maintain positive tenant and employee relationships
• Prepare and handle new tenant moveins
• Oversee contractor/vendor work performed
• Obtain bids from vendors for management approval
• Ensure that the property is being operated in accordance with company standards and procedures as well as local and state laws

$60-75k salary + bonuses_


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred
• 35 years property management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Acrobat
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Works well independently with mínimal supervision

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
