Our client operates as a real estate manager and project developer, with a focus on residential and commercial properties in the Frankfurt and Munich regions. Through creative conception and planning, new residential, office, hotel, and retail spaces are created in existing structures. The company has extensive experience in combining new construction with existing buildings, creating new and attractive locations in urban centers.

To strengthen their team, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) at the Munich location. You can expect a motivated team with flat hierarchies and a modern working atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Technical management of demanding real estate portfolios
Project-specific budget planning and monitoring for construction in existing buildings
Tendering and awarding of construction and facility services
Control and monitoring of facility services in infrastructure and technical building management
Optimization measures for operating properties (e.g. facility services contracts, technical systems)
Regular coordination/controlling of ongoing construction measures with the project team
Creating technical property reports
Defect and warranty management
Development of maintenance strategies
