Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage tenant relations including handling inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
  • Conduct property showings and lease signings
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
  • Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and rent payments
  • File and maintain accurate property records
  • Negotiate leases and rental agreements
  • Handle administrative tasks related to Section 8, and other housing programs
  • Maintain office organization and efficiency

Experience:


  • Previous experience in multifamily property management as an onsite manager
  • Knowledge of property maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
  • Legal administrative experience preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
