    This position is located at our office in Austin, TX in a hybrid setting.

    Remote employees in CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, WI and TX may be considered.


    Key Responsibilities Include:
    As a Head of Account Management, you will lead a strategic team of Account Managers to achieve retention and revenue growth targetsAct as a trusted advisor to customers and successfully establish relationships throughout the customer's organizationIdentify expansion and up-sell opportunities, new use cases, and own renewing customer contractsCoordinate technical resources needed for up-sell opportunities and support issuesAct as an escalation point for renewals strategy, critical account issues, and ongoing account planningDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsNegotiate contracts and close agreements with C-Level stakeholders that maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics to support revenue projections (e.g.

    quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams (Support, Services, Finance, Marketing) to maintain and grow customer's ARR.


    Experience:


    6+ years proven work experience in account management or customer success8+ years of team management experience in a sales environment including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members at all levels.

    A proven track record of quota achievementExcellent communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for actionA self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing startup environmentSaaS ExperiencePreferred


    Experience:
