- Lead the execution of strategic programs ensuring programs are delivered on time, to specification, and at cost. Programs will include New Product Development as well as revenue driving product line extensions and customizations.
- Be responsible for risk mitigation and change management control for the program(s) you lead.
- Drive cross-functional program teams to common goals and drive decisions to mitigate risk with clarity and speed. Your cross-functional partners will include Design Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Service, among others.
- Communicate status of programs to goals and drives decisions to mitigate risk with clarity and speed. Must be a highly effective communicator with the cross functional team and investment stakeholders.
- BS Degree in a technical discipline (Advanced Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience supporting New Product Development.
- Familiarity with program management industry standard practices, including phase gate development processes, and able to promote best practices.
- Extensive experience with MS Project, including resource loading and leveling
- Proven ability to successfully lead direct / team members and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability of delivering results, inspiring action to clear and concise objectives and effective communication with all levels of the organization.
- Recognized as a leader and a highly effective communicator at all levels of the organization.
- PMP Certification desirable.
