- Scheduling and Dispatching
- Coordinate with sales representatives so schedule appointments based on availability, geographic location, and client preferences
- Maintain an organized calendar of sales appointments and ensure each representative receives clear and timely information about their schedule
- Assist sales personnel with lead issuing and resulting
- Maintain accurate records of sales appointments, customer interactions, and sales activities using the CRM software
- Communicate any changes or updates to the sales team regarding appointment schedules, client preferences, or special requests
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Financing Assistance
- Analyze credit reports and other relevant documents to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants
- Calculate debt-to-income ratios, loan-to-value ratios, and other key metrics to assess borrowers' financial capacity and eligibility for loans
- Review loan applications and documentation to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Help sales personnel in presenting the best finance opportunities for customers with the lowest cost to the company
- Preferred experience in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, or lending operations, preferably in the home improvement lending industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prolonged periods sitting working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
