Contractors Intelligence School is a contractor's license exam preparation company dedicated to helping students become licensed contractors in the state of California.

We are seeking a part-time skilled IT professional to join our team in a unique role focused on coordinating maintenance tasks for our custom CRM system and website and providing day-to-day IT support.

• DaytoDay IT Support:_
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, software, and other IT equipment as needed.
• Configure IP addresses and network settings to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
• Address and resolve various ITrelated issues that arise in the office environment promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees on ITrelated matters.
• CRM/

• Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance tasks related to our website and custom CRM systems.
• Receive maintenance requests from employees and managers and assess their priority and urgency.
• Assign maintenance tasks to developers, providing clear instructions and requirements.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and fixes.
• Test developers' work to verify that fixes and new features are properly implemented and meet the company's requirements and standards.

• Either experience or college courses in computer and networkrelated work.
• Great communication skills, being able to illustrate desired results of the task.
