    Description
    Technical Accounting Manager


    Our industry leading and highly acquisitive client is looking to add a Technical Accounting Manager to their team This person will partner closely with leadership, research complex accounting transactions to inform decision making, and support onboarding of new acquisitions.

    Salary range:
    $115,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)


    Responsibilities:
    Evaluate treatment of accounting transactions and research complex accounting matters
    Own purchase accounting for new acquisitions, divestitures, and other M&A activities
    Collaborate with various accounting teams and departments throughout the organization to ensure accounting policies are upheld
    Lead the adoption of new accounting standards and train stakeholders accordingly
    Partner with external auditors on various projects throughout the year
    Drive process improvement and optimization within the accounting team


    Qualifications:
    5+ years of accounting experience within public accounting or a multinational company
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting required
    CPA required
    Excellent understanding of US GAAP, SEC Reporting, SOX, etc.
    Strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership teams
    Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
