- Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure the seamless fulfillment of orders.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to facilitate decision-making.

- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense tracking.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or sales support role within the automotive sector is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
