- Coordinate, track and process labor summaries, parts, tooling, and accounting reports for the Large Engine Services team
- Provide financial data and analysis, revenue projections and controlling reporting support
- Generate parts and service quotes to review with management team
- Generate Monthly Activity Labor Report for management review and authorization, and submit to Controlling for month-end entries
- Process and track Service Managers' requests for Internal Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Create, track and process Purchase Orders and resulting invoices per corporate guidelines
- Create, track and process Sales Orders per corporate guidelines
- Create, process and submit invoices for payment including travel expenses for LES customers
- Assist with the preparation of service estimates
- Maintain inventory of special tools and parts, and track their location in the field
- Receive, process, and track all requests, shipments and accounting for parts and tools
- Develop proficiency with SAP, MS5, PAS CATS and TSHEETS.
- Support the submission process and tracking of invoices in IPP and WAWF
- Maintain updated process flow diagrams for all job duties incurred by LES
- Create and maintain project folders on shared drive for document retention
- Support Service Order management activities for Field Services and Power Gen
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
- Perform special projects as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business and 3 years in logistics/material planning, parts inventory, accounting, product support and/or parts technical administration; or 7 years' experience in logistics/material planning, parts inventory, accounting, product support and/or parts technical administration
- Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks / small projects and bring to completion
- Strong personal drive with can-do attitude, and the ability to work extended periods without supervision
- Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good ability to cope with frequent schedule and priority changes
- Willingness to travel, domestic and international (less than 10%)
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with SAP
- Knowledge of MTU products and processes
- Knowledge of diesel engines
