    Job Functions (Essential)
    1. Coordinate, track and process labor summaries, parts, tooling, and accounting reports for the Large Engine Services team
    2. Provide financial data and analysis, revenue projections and controlling reporting support
    3. Generate parts and service quotes to review with management team
    4. Generate Monthly Activity Labor Report for management review and authorization, and submit to Controlling for month-end entries
    5. Process and track Service Managers' requests for Internal Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
    6. Create, track and process Purchase Orders and resulting invoices per corporate guidelines
    7. Create, track and process Sales Orders per corporate guidelines
    8. Create, process and submit invoices for payment including travel expenses for LES customers
    9. Assist with the preparation of service estimates
    10. Maintain inventory of special tools and parts, and track their location in the field
    11. Receive, process, and track all requests, shipments and accounting for parts and tools
    12. Develop proficiency with SAP, MS5, PAS CATS and TSHEETS.
    13. Support the submission process and tracking of invoices in IPP and WAWF
    14. Maintain updated process flow diagrams for all job duties incurred by LES
    15. Create and maintain project folders on shared drive for document retention
    16. Support Service Order management activities for Field Services and Power Gen
    17. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
    18. Perform special projects as required
    Work Environment:

    Daily work is performed in an office environment. This position has a traditional Monday through Friday work schedule. This position is asked to work casual overtime at times..

    While performing duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to stand, kneel, crouch, reach, and / or grasp. Next, an employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to manipulate small items such as a keyboard or mouse. Finally, an employee is also frequently required to walk within the work environment.

    Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, and the employee must have the ability to adjust focus.

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
    1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business and 3 years in logistics/material planning, parts inventory, accounting, product support and/or parts technical administration; or 7 years' experience in logistics/material planning, parts inventory, accounting, product support and/or parts technical administration
    2. Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks / small projects and bring to completion
    3. Strong personal drive with can-do attitude, and the ability to work extended periods without supervision
    4. Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
    5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
    6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    7. Good oral and written communication skills
    8. Good presentation skills
    9. Good ability to cope with frequent schedule and priority changes
    10. Willingness to travel, domestic and international (less than 10%)
    11. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
    Preferred:
    1. Proficiency with SAP
    2. Knowledge of MTU products and processes
    3. Knowledge of diesel engines
