    Description
    A manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Cost Accounting or Cost Accounting Manager. This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site in their Hollywood office and 2 days remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $55 to $58 per hour. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Developing cost standards for materials and laborAnalyze manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilizationPerform month-end cost accounting closeMaintain cost accounting system and cost ledgerAnalyze inventory valuationsOversee annual physical inventory and correct inventory misstatementsMaintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accountsAssist with annual audit preparationsHire, train and supervise cost and inventory accounting staffQUALIFICATIONS

    BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.

    CPA a plus3+ years of cost / inventory accounting experience preferably in manufacturing/retail business2 years management or supervisory experienceThorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems, and proceduresKnowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Suite (including Dynamics 365) with a strong proficiency in ExcelForeign language skills are a plusBASIC SKILLS Ability to:


    Work under minimal supervisionMultitask with parallel deadlinesExamine and verify financial documentsCommunicate financial information with department managersPromote the mission, vision and values of Chrome HeartsExercise independent judgment within established systems and proceduresPrepare a variety of financial statements, reports, and analysis timely and accurately.

    Establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationshipsMaintain staff development and cross trainingDemonstrate a high level of proficiency with computer hardware and software necessary to perform duties
