We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist with our agency, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and increasing our presence in the community.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Managing CRM Systems(Hubspot)
- Creating and sending out Monthly Newsletters using HubSpot for various groups
- Developing and managing content for various social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Assisting in acquiring the necessary materials and resources for projects
- Coordinating and managing events using platforms like EventBrite
- Assisting in sales and promotion activities to drive business growth
- Developing and executing advertising campaigns to reach our target audience
- Being organized and proactive in following up with leads and contacts
- Utilizing your creative skills to produce engaging marketing materials
- Comfortably handling various tech tools and platforms
- Organizing programs and presenting BBR's offerings, including respite care, ABA therapy, trainings, and advocacy services
- Collaborating on webinar video editing and creation
- Attending networking events or selfimprovement workshops to expand your knowledge and our network
- Collaborating with the team to create scripts and content for various marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- CRM Knowledge (Hubspot)
- Website Management
- A strong organizational skill with excellent attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Comfortable and adept with various technology tools and platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot or willingness to learn
- Ability to independently organize and manage programs and events
- Understanding of ABA therapy and related services is a plus
- Previous experience with sales and marketing is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and networking
- Familiarity with video editing for webinars
- Selfmotivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
