- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Reconcile inventory records to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct fixed asset reconciliations to track and manage company assets.
- Analyze balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) accounts to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Review and code accounts payable invoices for approval and processing.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for various transactions, including beverage tax, fuel expenses, and miscellaneous cash transactions.
- Manage office operations to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
- Handle all transactions including intercompany entries, inventory reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with year-end audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Aid in the development and monitoring of budgets to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports and statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
