Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Actively seek out new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and marketing developed leads.
  • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Use persuasive communication to capture the interest of prospects and engage with them to demo our products.

Relationship Building:

  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding clients' needs, challenges, and objectives and tailoring communication to showcase how our products can address those needs effectively.

Closing Deals:

  • Have a strong understanding of the sales process and know how to navigate through its stages to successfully close deals, overcoming objections and securing commitments.

Account Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop account and opportunity plans to maximize the value of software solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with clients' needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional software products or services to existing clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company's software effectively

Sales Operations:

  • Accurately maintain all prospect and customer interaction in Infragistics utilized software systems including Salesforce. Updating forecast and opportunity details within Salesforce on a timely basis is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent on the job experience.
  • Experience selling software as a service and engaging with different hierarchical levels within prospective organizations.
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quota and driving new license revenue.
  • An understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers.
  • Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure.
  • Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
