We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable experienced Sales/Account Manager needed for Staffing Agency in Cranbury, NJ area.

Responsibilities:


  • Acquire and establish new relationships by proactively engaging with potential clients.
  • Identify clients with hiring needs and demonstrate the value of using our staffing services.
  • Recognize and capitalize on business opportunities to drive company growth.

Requirements:


  • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to acquire and convert business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Experience in sales or account management.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
