    Strategic Account Executive at Dailymotion



    Dailymotion is not just any video app. It's a lively exchange of ideas through visuals powered by a unique algorithm that aims to broaden perspectives. Dailymotion plays a significant role in igniting discussions among the younger generation by emphasizing listening, discovery, and kindness, ultimately contributing to a better and safer online environment.

    Beyond that, Dailymotion comprises 'Dailymotion for Enterprise', a video hosting and broadcasting solution tailored for professionals across all industries, and 'Dailymotion Advertising', a robust video advertising platform that provides a premium and secure setting for brands.

    With a team of 400 individuals spread across France, New York, and Singapore, our collective goal is to revolutionize the global video platform landscape.



    Job Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement a strategic go-to-market plan focusing on specific industry verticals and relevant use cases while cultivating a pipeline of opportunities to meet or surpass annual sales targets.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of DailymotionPro's OVP solutions and their relevance in the targeted market.
    • Demonstrate a profound understanding of the benefits and merits of partnering with Dailymotion to potential clients.
    • Manage the complete sales process encompassing prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
    • Create and deliver proposals outlining the DailymotionPro solution to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with your PSM to outline and execute qualified POCs.
    • Provide guidance, supervision, and assistance to your designated Sales Development Representative in their endeavors to bolster your pipeline development.
    • Meticulously maintain Dailymotion's Salesforce CRM system by ensuring accurate information about your pipeline in accordance with Dailymotion's forecasting standards.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Media Publishers and Enterprise entities.
    • Assist organizations across diverse Media and Enterprise sectors in grasping the unique advantages of the DailymotionPro platform and services.


    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in selling online video platform tools to clients in the Media & Enterprise industry.
    • A track record of 5+ years of consistent success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
    • At least 2 years of involvement in the digital video sector.
    • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and executing a consultative/value-based sales methodology.
    • Experience in overseeing the complete sales cycle including lead generation, forecasting, and deal closure.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficient time management, organizational abilities, and impressive presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of different video-buying ICPs like Ad sales, Broadcasting, Marketing, etc.

    Compensation:

    Base salary of $100K plus bonuses.
