    Tolstoy is a groundbreaking startup in the field of e-commerce, driving the transition to a video-first approach for brands and retailers. We're a fast-growing company, with strong emphasis on innovation and creativity. As we expand our team, we're looking for an account executive who's ready to dive into the fast-paced world of e-commerce innovation.

    The Opportunity: Join us as an Account Executive where you'll be instrumental in fueling Tolstoy's growth. This role is designed for a dynamic sales professional who is keen to take on the challenge of expanding our market presence through new client acquisitions. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients in the e-commerce industry and manage the entire sale cycle with enterprise and mid-market clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate and close deals, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted clients to push deals forward and ensure satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, initiating contact via cold calling, emailing, and social media strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Automate, optimize and scale the reach out process using advanced AI tools.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted outreach campaigns that align with broader company goals and initiatives.
    • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Tolstoy, and connect with potential clients.
    • Report on sales results, forecast future sales, and continually assess the effectiveness of the sales and outreach strategies.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A driven and energetic individual ready to actively engage in new business development and sales activities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing others.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
    • Experience in direct sales, developing client relationships, and managing a sales pipeline.
    • High level of self-motivation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a vibrant and innovative team culture.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience in sales or proactive outreach.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to enhance business opportunities.
    • Previous experience in the e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
