Job Description:

Industrial Access, a leading company in the industrial access industry, is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Cumming, Georgia. This is a full-time permanent position offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation of our projects by providing essential administrative support to our field crews. If you possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and meticulous attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to field crews, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.

Travel Management: Coordinate all travel arrangements for field crews, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and transportation logistics.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of operational data, including orders, daily reports, and project proposals.

Logistics Oversight: Assist in overseeing logistical aspects of field operations to ensure crews have the necessary equipment and resources for project execution.

Document Control: Manage and organize project documentation to support efficient operations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in travel coordination is advantageous.

Preferred 1-2 years of prior experience in project coordination or related operations roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
