- Coordinate project documentation and communication using Procore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Process pay applications, change orders, submittals, and other project-related documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Facilitate project closeouts and turnover processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Utilize Google Drive to organize and share project-related documents and resources with team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a critical thinker, identifying potential risks or issues and offering proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring project tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or commensurate with experience.
- Proven experience in commercial project coordination, with a strong understanding of Procore, pay applications, submittals, project closeouts, project turnover, purchase orders, and budgets.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and other project management software/tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
