- Maintain, organize, and update project documentation and content to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.
- Create detailed status reports and presentations for project managers as requested to help facilitate decision-making and communication.
- Coordinate the timely completion of critical project milestones by collaborating with project teams to ensure milestones align with project goals.
- Identifies and presents project issues and risks related to the overall program. Develop strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and address issues proactively.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.
- Experience with Dodge Pipeline, BuildSite, Construct Connect is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or SharePoint.
- Salesforce and Zoom/Teams experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
