- Build outbound appointments for client projects.
- Create staffing schedules for licensed counselors.
- Monitor real-time schedules and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate updates and plans.
- Support call center operations resource management.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, follow up actions etc.
- Use internal travel tool to research travel options and book consultant travel
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Event planning and client/site coordination.
- Collaborate and implement new initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for high volume roles.
- Assist on-boarding and induction of new colleagues and consultants.
- Maintain files, databases or SharePoint sites as appropriate.
- Analyze current processes and determine how to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation on knowledge sharing platforms.
- Track relevant operational metrics.
- Identify issues and communicate with team members.
- Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint Site and other project coordination artifacts.
- Perform additional assignments as requested.
- Prepare and produce high quality client presentations and correspondence, graphic presentations and other documents, including editing for grammar, punctuation and phrasing.
- Minimum 2 years work experience post education.
- Organized, ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to solve problems pragmatically and timely .
- Be flexible to support colleagues across most areas of operational service delivery.
- Adept at preparing & analyzing dashboards to support strategy and decision making.
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator is a key role in providing the support and services to our clients and delivery teams, it offers variety with no two days the same. Provides a chance to grow and learn new skills within a growing business. The focus of the role is to enable the Benefits Counselor teams to maximize efficiency, resource planning and overall delivery of a quality service and to drive operational excellence through effective use of processes, tools & metrics.
The Project Coordinator role will provide support on a number of the key areas.
The role is virtual with occasional travel to Alight's office environments

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
44,600 USDMaximum :
