    Description


    Ibotta is seeking a Campaign Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

    This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup and performance.

    This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

    Candidates must live in the United States.


    What you will be doing:
    Manage setup, QA, and launch of all components in the applicationCommunicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and proceduresAnticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or deliveryStay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectivelyPerform pre-launch QA of hundreds of UPCs per week to ensure total accuracy of setupIdentify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teamsWork closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumersPrepare standardized quality audit reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing campaign setup and billing information to drive superior client servicesIdentify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta's operational costsEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's

    Additional Details:


    This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match.

    Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.


    Base compensation range:
    $40,000-45,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
